Job summary

You will handle Windows, Active Directory, Citrix, VPN, and networking tasks, support remote users, manage access, and ensure SLA targets are met while working in a dynamic, 24/7 operational setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT Service Desk/Help Desk/Technical Support preferred.
• Technical diploma or IT certification advantageous.
• Strong knowledge: Windows OS, Active Directory, Citrix, VPN, networking, PC hardware and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial point of contact for IT assistance via phone, remote support, and ticketing systems.
• Acknowledge, document, triage, and resolve service requests and incidents promptly.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop software and peripherals.
• Support remote users via phone and remote desktop tools.
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure fair workload distribution.
• Maintain user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory.
