Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee managed services across Power Platform and analytics. You will ensure SLA compliance, service quality, and customer satisfaction while driving governance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include incident, change, and problem management, plus leadership of distributed teams and coordination of contractual activities. Remote work from Metro Manila is supported.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in IT service delivery with enterprise clients.
• 3-5+ years managing managed service engagements.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
• IT certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the managed services lifecycle and ensure SLAs/KPIs are met.
• Act as primary escalation point and manage customer relationships.
• Lead utilization, capacity planning, and risk mitigation across teams.
• Coordinate invoicing and contract governance activities.
• Coach and develop developers and support engineers.
