Job summary

Social Discovery Group (SDG) seeks a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead mobile growth across major platforms, owning funnel strategy and optimization for high-quality users. You will run campaigns, manage budgets, perform A/B tests, analyze Appsflyer data, and collaborate with product and creative teams to optimize activation and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mobile app advertising across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Strong track record in funnel optimization and performance marketing.
• Experience with cohort analysis and analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and optimize mobile app campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads).
• Manage budgets to hit product and performance goals.
• Run A/B tests and iterate on hypotheses.
• Evaluate campaign performance and key product metrics.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and partners on briefs and concepts.
• Analyze user acquisition funnels and optimize for key in-app events.
