TeamUp seeks an experienced Senior Tax & Advisory Accountant for a full-time, remote role based in the Philippines. You will manage Australian client portfolios, deliver tax compliance and advisory services, and support virtual CFO activities from home.

This position offers a long-term, exclusive commitment with strong growth prospects. Ideal candidates will have 4–5 years of Australian tax experience, proficiency with Xero, and excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Australian tax within an accounting firm, SME focus.
• Proficiency with Xero; familiarity with Karbon and Fathom is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to work with a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Australian clients end-to-end, ensuring tax compliance and timely deliverables.
• Prepare year-end financial statements and tax returns for individuals and SMEs under Australian tax law.
• Handle BAS/IAS lodgments, payroll tax, FBT, and liaise with ATO for issues.
• Deliver virtual CFO services: budgeting, cash flow forecasting, KPI tracking, and management reports.
