MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior QA Tester to lead practical testing across our Agentic Web Application. You will design test plans, perform functional and regression tests, validate AI and voice agent workflows, and collaborate with engineers to ensure quality releases.

Qualifications

• Production web app QA/testing experience with exploratory and regression testing.
• Ability to analyze UI, API, databases, and asynchronous systems.
• Experience using browser developer tools and HTTP/API debugging.
• Clear, evidence-based bug reporting with logs.
• Experience with Playwright, pytest, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Experience with AI tools in the QA workflow.

Responsabilités

• Create and execute test plans for new features, fixes, integrations, and releases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across web UI, APIs, and databases.
• Validate AI and voice agent workflows including tool calls and state management.
• Develop repeatable automated tests using Playwright, pytest, or similar tools.
• Investigate failures using logs, screenshots, network requests, and system state.
• Collaborate with engineers to validate fixes and improve testability.
• Use AI to generate edge cases and accelerate test automation.
• Verify asynchronous workflows and downstream integrations complete properly.
