GoTeam is seeking a Senior Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer to design plumbing and fire protection systems for residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects remotely from the Philippines. You’ll convert architectural intent into fully coordinated 3D models and construction docs while staying hands-on through construction administration.

Requires 5+ years in plumbing and fire protection design, solid IPC/IBC knowledge, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years designing plumbing and fire protection for varied projects.
• Proficient in IPC/IBC and NYC/NY state codes.
• Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills for 3D models and docs.

Responsibilities

• Own plumbing and fire protection design from concept to construction documents.
• Produce coordinated 3D models, riser diagrams, and docs.
• Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and coordinate on site.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to maintain integration.
• Support field coordination during construction administration.
