Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Engineer to plan, design, and coordinate sanitary, drainage, water supply and sewerage systems for building projects in Metro Manila.

You will prepare calculations, drawings, and specifications to meet codes and project requirements, and provide technical guidance to ensure timely delivery. • Bachelor of Science in Sanitary Engineering is required.
• Must be a Registered Master Plumber (RMP).
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in plumbing and sanitary system design for building projects.
• Strong knowledge of the National Plumbing Code, National Building Code, and other applicable regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM experience is an advantage.
• Experience in design calculations, technical specifications, and construction drawings.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge and experience in Fire Protection System Design is an advantage.
• Immediate availability to start.

Responsibilities

About the role

Responsible for the planning, design, and coordination of plumbing, sanitary, drainage, water supply, and sewerage systems for building projects.
