Job summary

Highspring seeks a Senior Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations and communications for the Google project, working closely with an Operations Manager to meet department KPIs and develop personnel.

This is a vendor role for a Fortune 100 client, currently remote until further notice, with responsibilities spanning team management, training, HR processes, SLAs, and client communications.

Qualifications

• 5 years in operational management, technical service delivery, or MSP/agency operations, leading a team of 50 agents.
• Professional leadership, management, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with globally based clients in a fast changing product environment.
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and stakeholder issues and drive pragmatic decisions/actions.
• Experience in vendor management processes including managing multiple vendors in multi-year contracts and execution of outsourcing projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence people to contribute to continuous improvement of operations.
• Experience in multiple projects/verticals and driving horizontal process improvement initiatives, collaborating proactively with other leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and communications of the project, working with an experienced Operations Manager.
• Manage team structure, roles, and quarterly performance reviews.
• Hold regular 1:1s, weekly meetings, and quarterly office hours to ensure transparency.
• Coordinate staffing, hiring, onboarding, and training programs.
• Maintain SLAs and optimize processes and workflows; develop SOPs and documentation.
• Engage with clients/vendors, submit regular reports, and pursue opportunities for additional work.
