Satellite Office seeks a senior escalation engineer to own Level 3 tickets across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure and Windows Server. The role is fully remote, offering ownership in a fast-growing MSP environment.

You will tackle 15–20 complex tickets weekly, explain fixes in plain language, mentor Level 2 engineers, and automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell. Two Microsoft certifications per year are encouraged.

Formación

• At least 5 years in IT infrastructure, cloud or technical support with Level 3 responsibility.
• Customer facing experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilidades

• Own and resolve Level 3 escalations across M365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure and Windows Server.
• Handle 15–20 complex tickets per week with clear customer updates.
• Lead troubleshooting on priority incidents and identify root causes.
• Explain technical issues and fixes to customers in plain language.
• Support Level 2 engineers on tricky tickets via calls and knowledge sharing.
• Administer Azure services including VMs, storage, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Deliver scoped changes and small projects with clear documentation.
• Use PowerShell and automation to reduce repetitive work.
