Job summary

IWT Moldrup Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd seeks a Senior Mechanical & Structural Designer to develop detailed designs for industrial machinery and process plants.

You will create 3D models, detailed drawings, and interfaces for piping, tanks and steel structures, with responsibility from concept to commissioning. The role is remote with international travel to factories and customer sites for design reviews, testing and support.

Qualifications

• Academic qualifications and practical experience are valuable, but real-world industrial design experience is essential.
• Candidates must demonstrate experience taking designs from initial requirements through manufacturing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Detailed mechanical and structural design of industrial process plants and equipment.
• Develop 3D models, fabrication drawings, BOMs and manufacturing documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and fabricators, review drawings with suppliers, support installation and commissioning.
• Travel internationally for reviews, inspections and on-site support as required.
