Responsibilities

• Collect, research, and analyse cricket statistics to support modelling and decision-making.
• Run and maintain live simulated cricket matches to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Provide quick, accurate support for the cricket product to clients across the world.
• Deliver effective assistance to clients and respond promptly to product-related inquiries.
• Support internal teams by providing high-quality data insights when required.
• Finalize and validate cricket-related data outcomes.
