Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of accounting experience.
• Experience preparing bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cash Accounting & Reconciliations: Prepare and reconcile bank accounts and cash balances; resolve reconciling items and discrepancies; coordinate with treasury, AP, AR, payroll, and operations; maintain documentation; assist with cash reporting.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Prepare monthly reconciliations; analyze variances; research and resolve differences; maintain schedules and documentation; ensure reconcilations are certified within close deadlines.
• Month-End Close: Prepare journal entries; assist with monthly, quarterly, annual close; analyze activity; support financial statement schedules and management reporting.
• Audit & Compliance Support: Support internal and external audits; maintain organized workpapers; assist with SOX and internal controls as applicable.
