Job summary

Staff X - Offshore Staffing is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead multi-brand creative projects on a remote, part-time contractor basis from the Philippines. The role covers campaign concepts, editorial design, HubSpot CMS builds, and presentation systems, with guidance of a Junior Designer.

You will sustain brand consistency across client campaigns, produce social and digital assets, and maintain organized source files in a fast-paced agency setting. Portfolio required.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (portfolio evidence).
• Advanced PowerPoint and master template development.
• Senior-level portfolio across multiple brands with strong typography and layout.
• Experience in agency, B2B, or multi-brand environments.
• Hands-on long-form asset design (e-books, editorial layouts).
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, Notion, and HubSpot CMS.

Responsibilities

• Create campaign concepts, templates, and long-form assets.
• Produce social, digital, sales collateral, and website/landing page assets.
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands and briefs.
• QA Junior Designer work for brief alignment and brand integrity.
• Repurpose long-form content into shorter marketing assets with organized source files.
• Design and build HubSpot CMS pages and email templates.
• Flag blockers early and coordinate with Marketing Coordinator and hiring manager.
