Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Developer to join our software team and build enterprise applications in an Agile environment. You will help design, develop, test, and maintain systems that address business needs with a focus on quality and scalability.

You will work with C#.Net, Angular, and SQL to deliver robust solutions, participate in architecture discussions, and mentor junior developers while adhering to best practices and production standards.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in Computer Science or MIS.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Full-stack development with C#.Net, Angular, and SQL.
• Working knowledge of MS SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of OOP and N-Tier architecture.
• Azure development experience.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Ability to communicate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, development, and testing of software solutions.
• Attend daily stand-ups and planning meetings in Agile processes.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technology direction.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain existing applications.
• Adhere to change management to protect production integrity.
• Use source control and internal processes for code management.
• Implement best practices defined by architecture teams.
• Follow technology use policies with teams and end users.
• Collaborate with QA, PM, and Business Analysts to deliver quality solutions.
• Assign tasks, train and mentor Junior Developers.
