Job summary

MissFit Coaching is seeking a senior executive search professional to execute reverse-recruiting operations for clients targeting director-to-C-suite leaders. You will map target companies, identify decision-makers, craft executive outreach, and position candidates with the rigor of a retained search firm.

You will work within our Momentum Maximizer system under a structured playbook, collaborating with a Customer Success team.

Qualifications

7+ years in executive search, retained recruiting, or leadership hiring at director-level or above.
Strong written English, professional and client-voice writing; no filler or AI-generated phrasing.
Fluency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, Apollo) and other intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

Build and execute target company and contact lists for director-to-C-suite level roles using LinkedIn Navigator and Apollo.
Identify hiring signals (leadership changes, funding events, org shifts) indicating timely opportunities.
Draft outreach messaging in the client’s voice for executive readers.
Manage client search trackers with complete, accurate data in our Momentum Maximizer system.
Score opportunities against client-fit criteria and flag gaps before they reach clients.
Communicate search progress clearly to clients and internal teams.
