Innovature BPO is seeking a remote bookkeeper in the Philippines to manage QuickBooks Online, maintain accrual-based records, and support month-end close. The role requires 3+ years in bookkeeping and strong English communication.

Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, and preparing P&L and Balance Sheet reports. The candidate should be detail-oriented, independent, and able to work within US/global accounting standards.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping and full-cycle accounting.

Mansioni

• Set up and maintain Chart of Accounts in QBO based on business requirements.
• Maintain accrual-based financial records and ensure proper period recording.
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet adjusting entries.
• Perform bank, credit card, and GL reconciliations; investigate discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and generate basic financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
