Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Senior Audit Data Analyst to lead analytics and automation across IT controls and financial reporting. Use Power BI, Power Automate, Alteryx, and Databricks to deliver risk insights and automate audit procedures.

You will build AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio, support SOX/ICFR programs, and translate data findings into strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Remote night shift, competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data analytics required.
• 2–4 years in internal audit or public accounting.
• Bachelor's in accounting/finance/data analysis/CS/MIS.
• Proficiency in SQL, programming, Excel Macros.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with automation/AI platforms (Power Automate, Alteryx, Copilot).
• Knowledge of IT control frameworks and ITGC auditing.
• Available to work US Eastern Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and automation roadmap using BI/automation tools.
• Build AI agents with Copilot Studio to automate audit procedures.
• Conduct IT walkthroughs and testing for SOX/ICFR.
• Perform data analyses to identify risks and gaps.
• Prepare workpapers and reports for senior management.
• Advise control owners on IT requirements and digital tools.
• Collaborate to identify AI-driven auditing opportunities.
