Job summary

TOA Global is seeking an expert, analytical Senior Accountant to deliver high-level financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, management accounting, and business advisory support to Australian clients. You will manage client portfolios, build financial models, review work prepared by junior and intermediate accountants, and optimize reporting ecosystems using Syft Analytics. The role offers a fully remote work arrangement from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified (or actively working toward completion).
• Minimum 3+ years in Australian accounting practice or Virtual CFO services.
• Proficient with cloud accounting ecosystems (Xero/MYOB/QuickBooks) and reporting tools (Syft Analytics) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reporting packs, KPI dashboards, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Prepare and review BAS, annual financial statements, and end-of-year workpapers per AASB and statutory obligations.
• Lead client review meetings and present performance insights to Australian clients.
• Coach junior/intermediate staff; review work deliverables and drive workflow optimization and software automation.
