Wedded Wonderland is hiring a hungry outbound hunter to open doors with brands across weddings, luxury travel, hospitality and events. You’ll prospect, engage and close fast cycles for SMEs, using Apollo, Lusha, Smartlead and LinkedIn Navigator to tailor messages.

This remote-friendly role supports Australian and global markets, with a fast-paced environment and daily activity-driven targets. If you love weddings, travel and storytelling, join a creative, competitive team.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, lead generation or telesales (B2B SME preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Apollo, Lusha, Smartlead or similar tools
• Experience selling media, advertising, sponsorship, events, SaaS or travel products is a strong plus
• Confident on the phone, with excellent written and spoken English
• A track record of consistently beating activity and revenue targets
• Highly organised, competitive and self-motivated
• A genuine love for weddings, travel, luxury and beautiful storytelling
• Ability to work hours that align with our Australian and global markets

Responsabilités

• Build targeted prospect lists of venues, planners, vendors, hotels, resorts, tourism boards and luxury brands using our lead acquisition platforms
• Run outbound sequences across phone, email and LinkedIn, hitting your daily activity numbers
• Write personalised messaging that brings the Wedded Wonderland story to life for each prospect
• Qualify fast by understanding goals, budgets, timing and decision makers
• Pitch, handle objections and close SME deals on the spot or within the week
• Follow up on inbound enquiries, event leads and lapsed partners
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date with every activity, contact and opportunity
• Share market feedback with the sales, marketing and events teams to sharpen our offers
• Represent Wedded Wonderland at events and expos when needed
