Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
• Strong background in security and familiarity with AppSec.
• Fluency in DevSecOps, vulnerability management, or cloud security domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Remove blockers and support team velocity and delivery predictability.
• Support backlog refinement with security priorities in mind.
• Foster collaboration between security engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
