Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer for Identity Platform to design and implement secure, scalable authorization services in Ruby on Rails. You’ll work on integrations across modern identity standards and migrate legacy models to modern architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with Auth0, PostgreSQL, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.

Responsibilities

• Build authorization services and API middleware in Ruby on Rails for multiple downstream systems.
• Design and implement secure integrations using modern identity standards.
• Migrate legacy authorization models to modern, secure architectures.
• Ensure backend services are reliable, secure, and maintainable at scale.
