Job summary

Tutor Me Education is seeking a Scheduling & Data Operations Coordinator to join our virtual operations team. You will manage tutoring assignments and complex spreadsheets, providing timely updates to clients and staff.

The ideal candidate is power user of spreadsheets (Excel & Google Sheets), an excellent communicator, and comfortable working independently during night shifts in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel & Google Sheets) including formulas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing messages.
• Willingness to work the night shift reliably and independently.
• Experience organizing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced virtual setting.
• Ability to manage remote teams and virtual classrooms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage dynamic spreadsheets related to tutor scheduling and progress tracking.
• Update and maintain data in real time for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Communicate updates to clients via email and text in a professional manner.
• Assign and manage tutoring sessions by coordinating schedules across teams.
• Support regional operations teams across time zones and monitor progress.
