ClearDesk is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to coordinate caregiver rosters for a US-based client from a remote location. You will manage schedules, respond to cancellations, and keep clients and caregivers informed.

The role emphasizes organization, calm under pressure, and familiarity with scheduling software, plus ability to work US time zones. Experience in healthcare or home care is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling for home care or healthcare settings.
• Ability to coordinate caregiver rosters across multiple counties.
• Familiar with scheduling software and remote communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly to shift cancellations and no-shows.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system.
• Update records and case notes in WellSky (training provided).
• Coordinate with ops to keep staffing smooth and issues flagged.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports for leadership.
