Shadow Office Solutions seeks a dedicated Salesforce Developer to join our technical team in Makati/Cavite. The role involves developing, optimising, integrating, and supporting Salesforce solutions, automations, deployments, and data quality on-site.

The candidate should have 2 years of related experience, proficiency in Apex/Visualforce/LWC, and REST/SOAP API integration. Salesforce certifications and Agile/Scrum familiarity are highly regarded, with full-time on-site work and competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of experience in a related role.
• Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Git or other version control tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I/II) – highly regarded.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
• Configure objects, workflows, validations, and automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (APIs, middleware).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
• Maintain and improve system performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot bugs and resolve user issues.
• Ensure data quality, security, and best practice compliance.
• Support releases, deployments, and environment management.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and continuous improvement.
