Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer / Administrator to join a fast-paced fintech client, supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will work with a small, collaborative team to maintain day-to-day operations and deliver key initiatives.

This role includes a major telephony platform migration from Talkdesk to Genesys, Experience Cloud enhancements, and multiple integrations, with a 100% remote setup and USD pay.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on Salesforce development and admin responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong knowledge of declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder).
• Experience with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third‑party platforms/APIs/middleware.
• Ability to document solutions and manage Jira-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to determine solutions using declarative tools vs. code.
• Design, build, and support Apex code, LWC, workflows, and automations.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external platforms/APIs/third‑party tools.
• Support telephony migration efforts (Talkdesk to Genesys) and Experience Cloud enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and manage Jira tickets.
