Job summary

Wonder Library is seeking a coordinator to help recruit, onboard, and manage a small group of outreach interns for our New Zealand outreach initiative. This role is remote, with you coordinating interns, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed daily.

You'll work with Bitrix24 CRM, screen applicants, assign leads, and run onboarding. Reliable, organized candidates with experience coordinating remote teams will fit best; strong communication and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or managing a small remote team (sales, VA, or BPO background a plus)
• Comfortable with CRM tools (we train on Bitrix24)
• Reliable, organised, able to work independently
