Job summary

Enzo in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Executive to convert warm leads from our door-to-door efforts and outbound calls into DirecTV subscriptions. You will understand customer needs, present DirecTV services, and identify upsell opportunities while guiding customers through the sales process.

You should be confident on the phone, fluent in English, and able to work independently with a reliable remote setup. Training on products and systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent English-speaking and communication skills required.
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, outbound calling, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to learn new products, systems, and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with warm leads generated through door-to-door sales activities.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Present DirecTV and cable service options based on customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or packages.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns or objections.
• Guide customers through the sales process and complete orders accurately.
• Process orders using DirecTV’s SARA Plus order processing system.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Follow established sales procedures and compliance requirements.
• Consistently follow up with leads and work toward daily sales goals.
