Job summary

HedgeServ Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an experienced RPA Engineer to design, develop, maintain and enhance solutions on Microsoft 365, SharePoint and the Power Platform to streamline operations and improve user experience.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled automation, security, compliance, and governance, with hands-on work across APIs, Dataverse, and NLP, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of automation delivery using Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online, governance, and customization.
• Understanding of GitHub or CodeBuild.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new automations and enhance existing ones based on stakeholder requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues logged by users in a timely and effective manner.
• Participate in ideation, planning, testing, and rollout phases of automation projects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and processes.
• Test new automation features and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools that complement RPA solutions; design AI capabilities into automation workflows.
