Job summary

HedgeServ Corporation in Manila seeks an Engineer II to design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions that streamline fund administration processes.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with RPA tools such as Blue Prism and/or Power Apps.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or .NET (C#).

Responsibilities

• Develop new automations and enhance existing ones based on stakeholder requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues logged by users in a timely and effective manner.
• Participate in ideation, planning, testing, and rollout phases of automation projects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and processes.
• Test new automation features and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Design and integrate AI capabilities into automation workflows, including ML, NLP and IDP.
