Job summary

KMC Solutions in Manila seeks skilled Robot Pilots to remotely control robots from our Manila facilities. The role requires high precision, rapid adaptation to new technologies, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

You will operate remote robotics, use VR interfaces and gaming controllers, perform maintenance and document activities. Fresh graduates welcomed; onsite in Alabang on shifting schedule; basic English acceptable and non-voice work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of college/university education; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong gaming background, FPS/strategy/flight simulations or racing; esports is a plus.
• Willing to report onsite in Alabang on a shifting schedule.
• Basic English acceptable; role is predominantly non-voice.
• Exceptional hand-eye coordination, precision, and rapid decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Operate remote-controlled robotics systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize VR tech, specialized software interfaces, and gaming controllers for navigation.
• Maintain situational awareness and manage live operational systems.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues promptly; document activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize procedures and ensure safety and compliance.
• Adhere to security guidelines and perform routine system checks during downtime.
• Participate in training and share knowledge with teammates as needed.
