The role emphasizes precision, safety, and real-time problem solving in a tech-driven environment. Onsite reporting is required in Alabang on a rotating schedule; fresh graduates are welcome with a strong gaming background and comfort with non-voice tasks.

Qualifications

• Graduate or have completed at least two years of college; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong gaming background, especially FPS or esports, is a major advantage.
• Willing to relocate/report onsite in Alabang on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate remote-controlled robotics with precision and safety.
• Use VR tech and specialized interfaces for navigation and control.
• Document activities and incidents for records and training.
• Troubleshoot real-time issues and coordinate with teams to optimize procedures.
• Maintain equipment and perform system checks during downtime.
