Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a detail-oriented Robot Operator / Tele-Operator to remotely operate robotic equipment via VR and specialized interfaces. The role emphasizes quick reactions, strong hand-eye coordination, and comfort with gaming/robotics technology.

The position is onsite in Alabang with a shifting night schedule and 24/7 operations. Candidates with gaming, AI, or simulation familiarity are encouraged to apply, including fresh graduates or those changing careers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of college completed; fresh graduates welcome.
• Senior High School graduates may be considered if qualified.
• Strong interest in gaming, robotics, AI, or technology preferred.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang on shifting nights.
• Basic English communication acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control robotic systems through remote digital interfaces.
• Navigate robots using VR equipment and gaming controllers.
• Monitor live operations and maintain situational awareness.
• Make timely decisions during operational changes.
• Identify basic system issues and escalate as needed.
• Perform equipment checks and basic inspections.
• Record activities, incidents, and system errors accurately.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth system performance.
• Follow safety, security, and compliance guidelines.
