• Experience using WellSky in a home health setting.
• Nursing background preferred (LPN or RN).
• Experience reviewing home health visit documentation.

Responsabilités

• Daily Visit Review: review visits by nurses and therapists for accuracy.
• Coding & Revenue: search for add-on codes to increase revenue.
• Documentation Corrections & Follow-Up: identify missing or conflicting docs and guide corrections.
• Reporting & Compliance: track errors and prepare summaries; ensure Medicare home health standards.
