Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience
• Active PHRN license
• People-management experience for at least 1 year
• Strong problem-solving and the ability to work independently and with a team
• Good written and verbal communication skills
