Gratitude Philippines seeks a skilled PHRN Risk Adjustment Medical Coder Team Leader_TWFH | Non-Voice to join our team. This role requires ownership, clear communication, and practical problem-solving in a remote setup.

You will lead risk adjustment coding efforts, mentor teammates, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver accurate, compliant outcomes. Active PHRN license and 2–3 years RA coding are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience
• Active PHRN license
• People-management experience for at least 1 year
• Strong problem-solving and the ability to work independently and with a team
• Good written and verbal communication skills
