AbroadWorks, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Risk Adjustment Coder to support healthcare operations in a fully remote role based in the Philippines.

The candidate will coordinate risk adjustment workflows, track chart reviews and coding activities, and assist with reporting and quality initiatives. Requirements include an associate degree or equivalent in a related field and at least 2 years of healthcare operations experience, plus proficiency with EHR/EMR and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations or risk adjustment experience.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR/EMR).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent English communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily risk adjustment workflows and project activities.
• Track completion of chart reviews, CDI reviews, provider feedback, and coding activities.
• Maintain work queues and task assignments for coding and clinical review teams.
• Monitor timelines and follow up on deliverables; prepare leadership reports.
