The ideal candidate holds a PHRN license with CPC and has 2–3 years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience, with SME or team lead exposure preferred in a healthcare coding environment.

Qualifications

• PHRN license and CPC with Risk Adjustment background are required.
• 2–3 years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience.
• Experience as SME, team lead or people management preferred.
• Ability to work in a non-voice healthcare coding environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support a Risk Adjustment Coding team.
• Review records for accurate risk adjustment coding.
• Ensure outputs meet quality, compliance, and client requirements.
• Support coding audits, error analysis, and QA activities.
• Guide coders on standards, gaps, and processes.
• Track productivity, accuracy, and performance trends.
• Coordinate with quality, operations, and leadership teams.
• Maintain coding records, reports, and process documentation.
