Job summary

CoWorq is seeking an experienced Estimator / Draftee for a remote, project-based Ramada conversion. You will review BIM files, model in Revit, and draft permit-ready CD sheets compliant with US codes.

Ideal candidates have advanced Revit skills, familiarity with US standards, and a disciplined architectural/engineering background. You will work independently on a 40-hour, one-month timeline with a focus on accuracy and timely permit submissions.

Qualifications

Advanced Revit modeling and CD set production.
Experience with US building codes and permit submissions.
Degree in Architecture, Structural or Civil Engineering.
Own a Revit license, reliable internet and power backup.

Responsibilities

BIM File Review & Modeling: Review existing BIM models and build accurate architectural geometry in Revit.
Construction Documentation: Draft and assemble permit-ready architectural drawing sheets for the hospitality conversion project.
Code & Standards Compliance: Apply US building code standards and accessibility requirements across sheets.
Estimating & Takeoffs Support: Assist in extracting material takeoffs and estimates from model data as needed.
Project Delivery: Coordinate technical details to meet permit submission within a 1-month timeline.
