Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a skilled Revit Draftsperson to join our team. You will model and draft residential joinery, create high quality internal elevations and 3D renderings, and prepare comprehensive technical documentation for submission and client presentation.

Responsibilities include importing IFC or CAD files into the Revit template, modeling cabinetry areas, developing detailed cabinetry layouts, producing elevations with finishes, and building basic house models to support cabinetry

Qualifications

• Strong Revit drafting experience in residential joinery.
• Experience working with architects or high-end design firms.
• Understanding of Australian construction plans and documentation.
• Enscape interior rendering and design presentation skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Import IFC or CAD files into the Revit template for project initiation.
• Model cabinetry areas such as kitchens, pantries, TV units, laundries, robes and storage spaces.
• Develop internal floor plans with detailing and specifications.
• Produce internal elevations with joinery, tiling, plumbing fixtures and finishes.
• Create 3D perspective views using Enscape integrated with Revit for visuals.
• Prepare complete drawing sheets for submissions with title blocks and templates.
• Manage design revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Draft electrical plans and general floor plans for coordination.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
