Job summary

ELVTR is seeking an experienced Sales Retention Manager for a fully remote role with EST working hours (9 AM - 6 PM). You will own retention processes, drive revenue recovery, and collaborate across Sales, Billing, and Operations to reduce refunds while enhancing customer loyalty.

You’ll leverage data to identify improvements, coach the retention team, and shape scalable strategies to support a global learner community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales retention or customer success.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience supporting customers in the US market.
• Strong negotiation and revenue-recovery track record.
• Data-driven with retention metrics analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the retention process and manage refunds while maximizing retained revenue.
• Negotiate refunds alternatives such as credits or payment plans.
• Recover overdue installments and resolve billing issues.
• Collaborate with Billing, Sales, and Operations to reduce defaults.
• Analyze root causes of refunds and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and improve retention strategies and scripts.
