Job summary

OKTOBER, a fast-growing Shopify retention agency, is hiring an Associate to Retention Manager-in-training. You will own copywriting for pod accounts, manage tasks, and help shape account strategy as you grow into leadership.

This is a fully remote position offering a structured growth path from Associate to Retention Manager, generous PTO, and access to data, tools, and coaches to help you develop strategic instincts and own outcomes for ecommerce brands.

Qualifications

• First experience with copywriting is required.
• First experience with project management is required.
• Reliability: you deliver what you promise and stay organized.
• You own your mistakes and apply feedback.
• Genuine hunger to grow into strategy and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own copywriting for pod accounts (6-8) per strategy set by Senior RM.
• Keep projects on track with status updates, approvals, and day-to-day sequencing.
• Contribute ideas to account strategy and develop strategic instincts with Senior RM.
• Pull and format reports for your Senior RM to turn into decisions.
• Spot blockers or delays before they impact a client.
