Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Regional Senior Key Account Manager to strategically grow a portfolio of global OEM customers within the data center cooling and infrastructure market across the EMEA region. The role is remote across the European Union with emphasis on multiple EU countries.

You will drive design engagement, influence customer roadmaps, and lead multi-country coordination while mentoring local account managers and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in B2B sales and key account management.
• Direct experience in Data Center cooling systems is required.
• A technical background is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for global OEM customers, ensuring long-term growth and partnership development.
• Identify and uncover customer needs, translating them into tailored solutions aligned with Eaton’s product portfolio.
• Lead the implementation of customer requirements and commercial agreements, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to track performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen relationships.
• Manage the sales pipeline end-to-end, including opportunity management, forecasting, and quotation processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across account management activities, enhancing efficiency and customer value.
