Qualifications

• Experience conducting structured interviews or assessments.
• Ability to evaluate candidates against a consistent rubric.
• Strong English proficiency and clear communication.
• Ability to maintain quality in high-volume screening.
• Attention to detail in documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 16 structured interviews daily using established criteria.
• Evaluate English proficiency, technical competencies, and readiness.
• Deliver pass/fail recommendations with justification.
• Document outcomes within 5 minutes of each interview.
• Maintain 90%+ assessment accuracy and 15–25% advancement rate.
