Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Excellent English — strong speaking, writing, and structured communication.
• Strong attention to detail — your output directly affects downstream hiring decisions.
• Full availability for assigned shifts (Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat, night/evening/day) with advance notice for changes.
• Reliable home office: computer, headset, and quiet workspace with 25+ Mbps internet.
• Demonstrated ability to commit and finish what you start.
• Matcher-specific: prior candidate-facing interviewing or recruitment experience preferred.
• Qualifier-specific: prior high-volume screening, compliance review, or structured-assessment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Matcher — Search candidate pool for good matches, keep a backup list, schedule and conduct final interviews, make readiness calls, coordinate with Sales/Support/Customer Success, write client-ready reports, meet targets, support other teams.
• Qualifier — Run structured, high-volume screens against criteria, verify setup and reliability before candidates advance, maintain process adherence and documentation, accelerate borderline calls, coordinate handoffs with context, meet screening targets.
