Job summary

Fresh Prints LLC, a fast-growing American company with a distributed recruitment team in the Philippines, seeks a strategic Talent Acquisition professional to help scale hiring and ensure a smooth candidate experience. You will support prospecting and headhunting, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers in a fast-moving startup.

Fresh Graduates are welcome; work hours are 3:00 PM–12:00 AM Philippine Time.

Qualifications

6+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Bonus points if you have experience in a start-up environment and/or in-house recruitment.

Responsibilities

Support prospecting and headhunting efforts. Not just finding the right candidates, but nurturing relationships early and building long-term pipelines.
Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications with a strong quality bar.
Take hands-on ownership of role coordination that goes beyond scheduling to stay involved in progress, blockers, and outcomes for each role.
Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments.
Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines.
Communicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving startup environment.
