This full-time role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, posting ads, maintaining candidate databases, and collaborating with HR and hiring managers to meet staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Entry-Level: open to recent graduates and early-career professionals.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Interviewing: assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Advertising: create and post job advertisements.
• Database Management and Analysis: maintain candidate databases and metrics.
• Candidate Experience: ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
• Collaboration: work with HR and managers to understand staffing needs.
• Talent Scouting: use platforms like Indeed, UpWork, Behance, LinkedIn.
• Trend Monitoring: stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
• ATS Utilization: use an ATS to streamline processes.
