Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a recruiter to work remotely (100%) from the Philippines. The role involves full lifecycle recruiting for multiple client locations, including mass openings and high-volume sourcing, with a US night shift schedule (8 hours).

Salary ranges from 40,000 to 50,000 PHP per month depending on experience. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3 years of recruiting experience are required. Equipment will be provided and weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Create job ads and sourcing strategies.
• Full lifecycle recruiting for client locations.
• Report KPIs and recruitment metrics.
• Gather requirements from hiring managers.
• Manage requisitions and candidate activity.
• Conduct reference/background checks where applicable.
• Extend offers and support negotiation.
• Build pipelines and maintain talent pools.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and coaching resumes.
