Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research local/state guidelines for property tax assessment and appeals.
• Analyze county data and prepare market value estimates and cap rates.
• Submit appeal forms and present evidence via phone or virtual hearings.
• Estimate future assessments for client budgeting and planning.
• Verify notices against internal data and prepare regular budget reports.
