Job summary

Leverage Companies is seeking a Junior Real Estate Cold Caller to initiate contact with homeowners through a high volume of outbound calls. This independent contractor role is remote and open to residents of the Philippines, with a focus on lead generation and passing qualified prospects to Lead Managers.

You will log outcomes in Salesforce, follow scripts, and build skills in objection handling and qualification under guidance.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Basic computer literacy and CRM familiarity help manage lead data.
