The position emphasizes developing staff, partnering with business stakeholders, and overseeing audits of key processes to drive improvement and client satisfaction. This is a full-time, remote opportunity within the NCR QC region.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise quality work group across multiple programs and sites, including work assignment and attendance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate metrics of direct reports and overall team performance.
• Evaluate process and staff effectiveness and collaborate on improvement action plans with Business stakeholders.
• Develop strong working relationships with key Business stakeholders, internal and external.
• Oversee audits of key support processes and recommend changes.
