Arbitrail MNL Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance engineer who will own software quality across our web platform, CRM, and internal tools, ensuring functional and security testing in CI/CD.

You will build automated UI and API tests, validate GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM integrations, and verify privacy compliance and multi-currency support for international users.

Competenze

• 1+ years of QA experience on web applications.
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium, and API testing with Postman or similar.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), or a similar CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and Meta integrations.
• Working knowledge of web security testing (OWASP) and data-privacy principles.

Mansioni

• Write test plans and test cases; run functional, regression and exploratory testing.
• Build automated UI and API tests and run them in the CI/CD pipeline.
• Test our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM end to end: lead capture, pipelines, workflows and automations, forms, calendars and reporting.
• Validate Meta integrations (Lead Ads, Pixel/Conversions API, Messenger, WhatsApp Business) and data sync with GHL.
• Run security testing against the OWASP Top 10, including authentication, access control and API security.
• Check that personal data is protected and privacy features meet global laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, PDPA and the Philippine Data Privacy Act).
• Verify payments, commissions, multi-currency and localisation for international users.
• Log and track defects, and report on release readiness.
